WordPress support services · from $79/mo

Someone who answers when your site stops behaving.

Not a ticket queue in another time zone. You email a person who reads PHP, and the response time is written into your plan rather than promised vaguely as "fast support".

Response times, in writing

Basic

$79/month

48 hours

Standard

$149/month

24 hours

Pro

Pro also includes an emergency WhatsApp line for anything that cannot wait.

What counts as support, with examples.

Most providers say "small changes included" and leave you to find out what that means when you ask for something. Here is the line, drawn clearly: editing what already exists is included, creating something new is quoted first.

Included in your hours

  • Changing text, prices or images on an existing page
  • Updating opening hours, contact details, team members
  • Fixing a contact form that stopped sending
  • Installing and configuring an existing plugin
  • Adding a redirect, fixing a broken link
  • User accounts and password resets
  • Troubleshooting an error after an update
  • Telling you why something broke, in plain English

Quoted before we start

  • Designing a new graphic or page layout
  • Building a new page from scratch
  • Writing copy or producing content
  • Custom PHP, theme or plugin development
  • A new feature or integration
  • Migrating or redesigning the site

Quoted at $95 an hour, and never started until you have approved the number. You will not receive an invoice you have not already agreed to.

How support actually works

Send it however you like

Email, or raise it in your dashboard where you can see where it stands. Pro clients get a WhatsApp line for anything urgent.

We answer inside your window

48 hours, 24 hours or same business day depending on your plan. If something will take longer than your allowance, we say so before starting.

Emergencies jump the queue

A site that is down or compromised is handled first, whatever plan you are on. We would rather move your ticket than watch your business lose a day.

Questions

Do I need to change my hosting?

No. We work inside whatever hosting you already have, and you keep the account in your name. If your host is the reason your site keeps breaking, we will tell you plainly and can help you move.

What is not included?

Hosting, email, new pages, design work, SEO and content writing. Small edits come out of your included hours. Anything bigger is quoted at $95 an hour and only starts once you approve it.

What counts as an included edit? Give me examples.

Anything we can do inside your WordPress admin in under 30 minutes. Included: changing text or prices on an existing page, swapping an image, updating opening hours, adding a team member to a staff page, fixing a broken contact form, installing and configuring an existing plugin, adding a redirect. Not included: designing a new graphic, building a new page layout from scratch, writing copy, custom PHP or theme development, or a new feature. The rule of thumb: editing what exists is included, creating something new is quoted.

What if a task takes longer than my included hours?

We tell you before we start, with an estimate. Nothing over your allowance begins until you have approved the number in writing, so you will never get an invoice you have not already agreed to. Extra time is $95 an hour, billed in 15-minute blocks.

How do you update WordPress without breaking my site?

Backup first, then update, then a visual check of your key pages, and a rollback within minutes if anything looks wrong. Standard and Pro test major updates on a staging copy before they touch the live site.

What happens if my site goes down at night?

Monitoring alerts us straight away. Basic and Standard get a response in the next business window. Pro gets a same-day response any day, plus an emergency WhatsApp line.

Can you look after WooCommerce or membership sites?

Yes, on Pro. Every update is followed by a checkout and payment test, because those are the two things that quietly break after an update.

I have several WordPress sites.

Each additional site on the same plan is 30% off. If you look after sites for clients rather than yourself, our white-label arrangement is usually a better fit — we work under your brand and the per-site price drops with volume.

How do I cancel?

From your Stripe billing portal, any time. No calls, no retention forms. You keep your site, your backups and your data.

Where is my data stored?

Backups sit in encrypted off-site storage, in the EU or the US, your choice. Credentials live in an encrypted vault with access logging, never in email or a spreadsheet.

Support is half of it. The other half is not needing it.

Every support plan includes the maintenance that stops most problems happening: weekly updates checked by a person, daily off-site backups, and malware monitoring with free cleanup. The support is what is left over.
